Slow Cooked Brisket with Onions & Apricots

Your slow cooker plus a little cinnamon, cumin and coriander makes boneless brisket mouthwateringly tender and delicious. Put it together in the morning and you'll come home to a delectable dish.
Instructions
Place the onions into a 6-quart slow cooker.Stir the coriander, if desired, cumin, cinnamon and garlic powder in a small bowl. Rub the mixture on the beef. Place the beef into the cooker. Arrange the apricots around the beef.Stir the broth and honey in a medium bowl. Pour the broth mixture over the beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
