It couldn't be easier...just combine all the ingredients in the slow-cooker, and in 7 hours you'll have an amazingly tender pork stew that uses sweet potatoes, corn, cilantro and chili powder to create fabulous flavor.
Instructions
Stir the broth, potatoes, peppers, corn, onion, garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, chili powder and pork in a 4 1/2-quart slow cooker.Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the pork is fork-tender.
